Introduction

Your SaaS product works. The engineering is solid, the features are there, and yet users keep getting lost. Sign-ups drop off at step three, support tickets pile up, and your dashboard looks like every feature is shouting at once.

That's usually the moment teams start looking for a proper UI/UX agency. And if you've searched for one with experience in SaaS and fintech, Devoq Design may have popped up.

Devoq is a UI/UX and web design agency headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, with a client list that includes Paxos, Digital Currency Group and Avi Medical. Clutch lists packages starting at $5,000 for websites and $12,000 for UX/UI work.

The Short Answer: Is Devoq Design Worth It?

It's a reasonable pick for B2B SaaS and fintech teams that need research-led product design at an offshore price. Just go in knowing that its public numbers don't all agree.

How I Wrote This Review

I went through Devoq's profiles on Clutch, DesignRush and Trustpilot as of October 29, 2026, including the client reviews on each. I haven't hired Devoq or tested any product it designed.

Who Is Devoq Design?

Devoq calls itself a research-led UI/UX and product design team. It focuses on B2B SaaS, fintech, healthcare and e-commerce. Its headquarters is in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, and it lists offices abroad as well, though Clutch and DesignRush show different addresses.

Clutch lists it as founded in 2018. A government business record shows the registered company was formed in February 2020, which may simply be when the business was incorporated.

The client list is impressive for an agency this size. Reviewed clients include Paxos, Digital Currency Group, Avi Medical, Habyt, BITA and 360insights.

The main catch

The numbers don't line up. Clutch says $50โ€“$99 an hour, while DesignRush says about $14. Clutch lists a $10,000 minimum, yet every Clutch review is tagged under $10,000, and the website package starts at $5,000. None of this means anything shady. It just means the profiles haven't been kept in sync. Ask for a written quote and ignore the directory figures.

A worked example

Say you run a fintech startup and need a dashboard redesign plus a refreshed marketing site:

  1. UX/UI package from $12,000 for research, flows and the new dashboard.

  2. Website package from $5,000 for the marketing site.

That's at least $17,000 before any development. Ask whether Devoq can bundle both into one project at a lower total.

What Do Clients Say?

On Clutch, Devoq has a 5.0 rating. Clients most often mention timely delivery, good project management, clear communication and a proactive team. Most reviewers listed no areas for improvement. The reviews shown are mostly from mid-2024.

On DesignRush, it scores 4.9 from 10 reviews. Two of those reviews have nearly identical text, which is worth noticing.

On Trustpilot, it has 4.0 from 5 reviews. Four are five-star. The one-star review reads more like a complaint from a former team member than from a client.

Is Devoq Design Legit?

Yes, it appears to be a real, established agency with a registered business, a physical office and well-known clients. The messy profile numbers are the main concern. Ask to speak with a client from a recent project, ideally one in your industry.

My Honest Design Opinion

Research-led design is the right approach for SaaS. The best dashboard redesigns I've seen started with watching real users struggle, not with picking colors.

That said, I'd look closely at Devoq's actual case studies, not just the client logos. Ask what it changed, why, and what happened to the numbers afterward. A good UX agency can answer that without hesitating.

Pros of Devoq Design

  • Strong client list in fintech and SaaS.

  • Research-led approach to UX.

  • High Clutch rating with many reviews.

  • Covers design and development.

  • Offshore pricing compared with US agencies.

Cons of Devoq Design

  • Conflicting rates and minimums across profiles.

  • Review count doesn't match on Clutch.

  • Near-identical reviews on DesignRush.

  • Different office addresses on different profiles.

  • No public price page of its own.

Who Should Hire Devoq Design?

A good fit for:

  • B2B SaaS companies with confusing products,

  • fintech and healthcare teams needing careful UX,

  • startups that want research before redesign,

  • teams with a budget of around $10,000 or more.

Who Should Look Elsewhere?

Look elsewhere if you:

  • only need a quick landing page or graphics,

  • want a Framer or Webflow site specifically,

  • need a monthly subscription instead of projects,

  • want simple, public pricing.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  1. "What's your actual hourly rate and minimum?"

  2. "What does UX research include in the $12,000 package?"

  3. "Can I speak with a fintech or SaaS client?"

  4. "Which office would manage my project?"

  5. "How many revision rounds are included?"

  6. "Who owns the Figma files and design system?"

A Quick Note About Me

I'm Subarno, a solo designer working in Figma, Framer and Webflow. My focus is marketing websites and landing pages, so for deep SaaS research and complex product UX, a team like Devoq has more depth than I do.

My $1,000/month retainer covers:

  • website design in Figma,

  • website builds in Framer or Webflow,

  • branding for smaller businesses, like logos, colors and brand guides,

  • small website animations and interactions,

  • banners, posters and social media content.

Book a free 30-minute call or reach me on my contact page. If your real problem is inside the product rather than on your marketing site, start with Devoq and keep me in mind for the website later.

Final Verdict: Is Devoq Design Worth It?

Devoq has real strengths: a research-led approach, a strong fintech and SaaS client list, and solid reviews. For product teams with a budget of $10,000 or more, it deserves a spot on your shortlist.

The inconsistent numbers across its profiles are a small but real red flag. Get everything in writing, and talk to a past client before you sign.
