Introduction

Your company's website is on Webflow. It looked great at launch, but now it's been a year. The pricing page is out of date, the blog template is clunky, and every small change means emailing a developer and waiting a week for a quote.

If that sounds familiar, you're the kind of person Flowbison is talking to. It's a boutique Webflow studio that offers unlimited Webflow requests for a fixed monthly fee, plus Webflow SEO and conversion work.

Flowbison is led by Mads Rechenburg and is listed as a Webflow Certified Partner. Its Webflow profile says it's based in Berlin and that projects start at $5,000. The monthly subscription price isn't published.

The Short Answer: Is Flowbison Worth It?

It's a good fit for SaaS and startup marketing teams that live on Webflow and want one reliable person handling changes. The hidden pricing makes it harder to compare.

How I Wrote This Review

I went through Flowbison's homepage, its Unlimited Webflow page and its Webflow partner profile as of October 29, 2026. I haven't hired Flowbison, and I didn't find independent reviews to check its testimonials against.

Who Is Flowbison?

Flowbison is a small Webflow agency for marketing teams at SaaS companies and startups. It's built around Mads Rechenburg, who appears in nearly every testimonial on the site.

Its Webflow profile lists Berlin as its base and English, German, Czech and French as working languages. Many of its clients are German, including Grannel, LCMD and Codeclimb, alongside Valence and Frontnow.

The studio combines design, development, SEO and conversion work, which is a useful mix. A lot of Webflow developers only build, and leave the "will anyone find this page?" question to someone else.

Payment is collected through Stripe at the start of each month. Requests are managed on a Trello board, and work is mostly async, so you won't need regular meetings.

The main catch

You can't see the monthly price without getting in touch. That makes comparing it with other unlimited Webflow services hard. Pausing is only available on the Pro tier, and the site doesn't spell out cancellation or refund terms. Ask for both in writing.

A worked example

Say your SaaS company launches a new feature every month:

  1. Week one: you add "new feature landing page" to the Trello board with a Loom walkthrough.

  2. Days two to three: Flowbison designs and builds it in Webflow.

  3. The rest of the month: smaller requests like new blog templates, pricing updates and a customer logo strip.

That's a steady flow of work for one fixed fee. Just remember requests move one at a time, so a big landing page with heavy animation will hold up the smaller jobs.

What Do Clients Say?

Flowbison's site has testimonials from founders and marketing leads at Grannel, LCMD, Valence and others. They praise Mads for being reliable, fast and structured, and one founder credits him with strong early SEO results.

I didn't find independent reviews on Clutch or Trustpilot. The testimonials are useful, but they're chosen by the studio.

Is Flowbison Legit?

The signs are good. It's a Webflow Certified Partner, its portfolio sites are live, and its clients are real, named companies. Because it's so tied to one person, ask who covers your work if Mads is sick or on vacation.

My Honest Design Opinion

I like the async setup with Trello and Loom. For website changes, a two-minute screen recording beats a 30-minute call every time.

I'd look closely at the portfolio before signing, though. Flowbison seems strongest at clean, practical marketing sites. If you want a very bold, award-style design, check that its past work matches the look you're after.

Pros of Flowbison

  • Webflow Certified Partner.

  • SEO and CRO know-how alongside builds.

  • About two-day average turnaround.

  • Async workflow with Trello and Loom.

  • Named clients with live sites.

Cons of Flowbison

  • Monthly price isn't published.

  • Pause only on the Pro tier.

  • Cancellation terms aren't spelled out.

  • One request at a time.

  • No independent reviews found.

Who Should Hire Flowbison?

A good fit for:

  • SaaS marketing teams already on Webflow,

  • startups that ship new landing pages often,

  • companies that want SEO-aware Webflow builds,

  • teams comfortable working async.

Who Should Look Elsewhere?

Look elsewhere if you:

  • use Framer, WordPress or custom code,

  • need public pricing before you talk to anyone,

  • want regular live meetings,

  • need branding, decks or ads more than web work.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  1. "What's the exact monthly price for each plan?"

  2. "How do I cancel, and is there a refund?"

  3. "Who handles my requests if Mads is unavailable?"

  4. "What counts as one request?"

  5. "What does the SEO service add on top of the unlimited plan?"

  6. "Who owns the Webflow site and account?"

A Quick Note About Me

I'm Subarno, a solo designer who builds in Webflow and Framer, so I do a lot of the same kind of work Flowbison does. The main differences are that my price is public, and my retainer also covers branding and marketing graphics.

My $1,000/month retainer covers:

  • website design in Figma,

  • website builds in Framer or Webflow,

  • branding for smaller businesses, like logos, colors and brand guides,

  • small website animations and interactions,

  • banners, posters and social media content.

Book a free 30-minute call or reach me on my contact page. If deeper Webflow SEO and conversion testing is your top priority, Flowbison's specialist focus may suit you better. No hard feelings either way.

Final Verdict: Is Flowbison Worth It?

Flowbison is a focused, credible Webflow studio with real SEO and conversion skills, run by a founder clients clearly trust. For SaaS teams living on Webflow, it's worth a conversation.

The missing price list and unclear cancellation terms are the weak spots. Get both in writing before you start.
