Introduction
Plenty of early-stage founders know their product is confusing. Users sign up, poke around and leave. The founder knows a designer could help, but agency quotes start at five figures and nobody wants to wait two months for a fix.
Studio Twenty Four offers a cheaper way in. It's a founder-led UI/UX studio in Ahmedabad, India, run by product designer Sam Bhayani. It works with startups and SaaS teams on product design, UX audits, design systems, websites and brand identity.
The pricing is unusually low and clearly published: $999 for a focused design sprint and $3,499 for a full project.
The Short Answer: Is Studio Twenty Four Worth It?
Yes, if you're an early-stage startup that needs senior product design on a small budget. It's a small team, so it's better for focused work than for a huge product with many squads.

How I Wrote This Review
I read Studio Twenty Four's homepage, pricing page, Shoppy case study, About and Services pages, and its Clutch profile as of October 29, 2026. I haven't hired the studio.
Who Is Studio Twenty Four?
Studio Twenty Four says it's made of "designers who think like founders and build like craftspeople." It was started on the belief that great design shouldn't be only for companies with big budgets.
Sam is a product designer with more than 10 years of experience. Before running the studio, he led product design at Livedocs, where he owned the web app, website and design system.
The studio works with a handful of clients at a time. Clutch says it has shipped 20+ products for clients in Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK, Europe and India. Industries include SaaS, construction tech, AI, sports, health, mobility, e-commerce and manufacturing.
You can also hire it through Dribbble, Upwork or Contra if you prefer escrow and platform protection.
What Services Does Studio Twenty Four Offer?
Service | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
Product design | User flows, wireframes, UI and prototypes for web and mobile | Quotech's job management app for construction teams |
UX audit and strategy | Finding friction and giving you a prioritized fix list | Reviewing a SaaS signup flow |
Design systems | Reusable components your developers can build from | Shoppy's design system |
Website design | Marketing sites for products and companies | SK Polymer's website |
Brand identity | Logo and visual identity | SK Polymer's full brand |
Every project follows the same four phases: Shaping, Wireframes, Visual Design and Handoff. The studio says it won't open Figma until it understands the problem.
How Much Does Studio Twenty Four Cost?
Option | Price | Timeline | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
Sprint | $999 | About 2 weeks | One design challenge, high-fidelity UI, prototype, 2 revision rounds, 48-hour first draft |
Project | $3,499 | Usually 4–8 weeks | Discovery, flows, wireframes, UI, prototype, design system, 2 weeks of support |
Ongoing Partner | Quoted | Rolling monthly | Starts within 5 business days |
Hourly, on Clutch | $25–$49/hour | Varies | Clutch's listed range |
The studio says most clients start with the $3,499 project. Bigger products and custom scopes get a custom plan.
The main catch
The project price covers design, not development. You get a developer-ready handoff, so you'll still need someone to build it. The $3,499 also covers "responsive design for key screens," not every screen in a large app.
The other catch is capacity. This is a very small studio, so if Sam is booked, you may have to wait.
A worked example
Say you're a seed-stage SaaS founder with a messy dashboard:
Sprint for $999 to fix the single worst flow, like onboarding, in about two weeks.
Project for $3,499 to redesign the core product with a design system, in four to eight weeks.
Development by your own team or a separate developer.
That's $4,498 for both, which is a fraction of what many studios charge for discovery alone.
What Do Clients Say?
The feedback is positive, though there's not much of it on third-party sites yet.
Abhishek Sehgal, Founder of Quotech, says working with the studio "felt like having a design co-founder in the room." Florian, CTO at Shoppy, says the design system "has saved our team countless hours every sprint." Haris Siakallis, Managing Director at Fixi, says "our users noticed immediately."
On Clutch, the studio has 5.0 from one verified review, from the CEO of Livedocs. It's worth knowing that Sam previously led product design at Livedocs, so it's a client who already knew his work well.
Is Studio Twenty Four Legit?
Yes. Sam is named, with a public LinkedIn profile and Clutch listing. The studio has a physical address in Ahmedabad, real case studies and testimonials from named founders and executives. It also offers hiring through Upwork and Contra, which adds payment protection.
My Honest Design Opinion
The work is clean and modern, the kind of SaaS UI that's easy to read and easy to build. The case studies show a good range, from an industrial recycler's brand to a sports club app.
What I like most is the pricing. A $999 sprint with a 48-hour first draft is a low-risk way to test whether a designer is a good fit. Most studios ask you to commit much more before you see anything.
The trade-off is scale. This is a one-designer-at-a-time studio, and the Clutch review says the client worked with one teammate. That's great for direct contact, but less suited to a large product team.
Pros of Studio Twenty Four
Low, published prices for sprints and projects.
Founder-led, with direct access to Sam.
Fast first drafts within 48 hours on sprints.
Wide industry range across SaaS, health and manufacturing.
Platform hiring options through Upwork, Contra and Dribbble.
Cons of Studio Twenty Four
Design only, with no development.
Very small team limits capacity.
Only one Clutch review, from a past employer of the founder.
Retainer price isn't published.
Site stats don't display properly.
Who Should Hire Studio Twenty Four?
It's a good fit for:
pre-seed and seed-stage SaaS founders,
startups with a confusing product flow to fix,
teams that need a design system before scaling,
founders who want to test a designer with a small sprint.
Who Should Look Elsewhere?
Look elsewhere if you:
need your product built as well as designed,
want a big team for a large enterprise product,
want help with ads or ongoing marketing,
want an agency with many verified reviews.
